The ENERCAT™ Tubing Tool

  • The ENERCAT™ material acts as a Band Pass Filter using physics to drive chemistry. It absorbs the energy and frequency of ambient temperature and pressure. It then reflects or emits a different frequency, acting as a catalyst for chemical changes to occur in oil and water.
  • The ENERCAT™ Tubing Tool should be installed as deep as possible so it can condition the oil and water before they undergo temperature and pressure drops which change the fluids’ composition and which the tool is unable to reverse.
  • The ENERCAT™ Tubing Tool consists of the ENERCAT™ material located around the outside of a standard 4’ API tubing sub and protected by a shroud.
  • Multiple Tubing Tools can be madeup to increase BOPD capacity.
  • ENERCAT™ Tubing Tools are offered with a nickel coating for corrosive environments.
  • Installation location of the Tubing Tool dependent on well candidate design.

The ENERCAT™ Strainer Tool Assembly

  • The ENERCAT™ material acts as a Band Pass Filter using physics to drive chemistry. It absorbs the energy and frequency of ambient temperature and pressure. It then reflects or emits a different frequency, acting as a catalyst for chemical changes to occur in oil and water.
  • The ENERCAT™ Strainer Tool Assembly should be installed as deep as possible so it can condition the oil and water before they undergo temperature and pressure drops which change the fluids’ composition and which the tool is unable to reverse.
  • The ENERCAT™ Strainer Tool Assembly includes the Strainer, Enercat™ Trim Tool(s) and Nose Cone.
  • The ENERCAT™ Trim Tool consists of a thin walled tube with the ENERCAT™ material located inside.
  • The ENERCAT™ Trim Tools are offered with a nickel coating for corrosive environments.
  • The Assembly is screwed into the bottom of the insert pump.
  • Multiple ENERCAT™ Trim Tools can be madeup to increase BOPD capacity.
  • Trim Tools can also be installed in conjunction with other tool types to increase BOPD capacity.

The ENERCAT™ SLICK LINE TOOL ASSEMBLY

  • The ENERCAT™ material acts as a Band Pass Filter using physics to drive chemistry. It absorbs the energy and frequency of ambient temperature and pressure. It then reflects or emits a different frequency, acting as a catalyst for chemical changes to occur in oil and water.
  • For the ENERCAT™ Slickline Tool Assembly tool to run effectively, it must be installed as deep as possible so it can condition the oil and water before the fluids’ compositions change due to temperature and pressure drops.
  • The ENERCAT™ Slickline Tool Assembly consists of a J fish neck, ENERCAT™ Trim Tools(s), and a Seating Assembly sized for the correct seating nipple.
  • Other configurations of the assembly are available depending on specific well conditions.
  • The ENERCAT™ Slickline Tool Assembly is installed using the 2” J Soft Release running tool.
  • Multiple ENERCAT™ Trim Tools can be made-up to increase BOPD capacity.
  • ENERCAT™ Trim Tools are offered with a nickel coating for corrosive environments.
  • The ENERCAT™ Slickline Tool Assembly can also be installed in conjunction with other tool types to increase capacity.
