The ENERCAT™ Tubing Tool is a downhole optimization tool designed for installation as a joint in the production tubing string of an oil or gas well.

The ENERCAT™ Tubing Tool by Revelant is installed during a workover or completion operation and is an industry standard four foot pup joint that meets required installation specifications.

The ENERCAT™ TubingTool

  •  The ENERCAT™ Tubing Tool by Revelant is a downhole optimization tool designed for installation as a pup joint in the production tubing string of an oil or gas well.
  • The tool typically installed at the perforations.
  • In very low pressure reservoirs production may be gravity fed and the tool may be located below the perforations. 
  • It must be installed below the depth of paraffin, asphaltene and scale deposition and increase in viscosity.
  • The Tubing Tool is available in 2-3/8”, 2-7/8” and 3-1/2″ sizes.
  • Tool length is approximately 45 inches.
  • Each tool has a maximum oil production rate capacity.
  • Greater production rates can be achieved by connecting multiple Tubing Tools in series.

The ENERCAT™ Strainer Tool Assembly is a downhole optimization tool designed to be installed by attaching the tool to the bottom of a pumping unit (rod assembly) of a pumping unit on a producing oil or gas well.

The Strainer Tool Assmebly

  • The ENERCAT™ Strainer Tool Assembly is a downhole optimization tool designed to be installed by attaching the tool to the bottom of a pumping unit (rod assembly) of a pumping unit on a producing oil or gas well.
  • This allows the tool to be installed independent of major workovers on a well (without pulling the tubing string).
  • The Enercat Strainer Tool Assembly by Revelant consists of a nose cone, an Enercat Trim Tool, and a Strainer.
  • It must be installed below the depth of paraffin, asphaltene and scale deposition and increase in viscosity.
  • The Enercat Strainer Tool Assembly is available in 16”, 28”, and 48” lengths.
  • Each tool has a maximum oil production rate capacity.
  • Greater production rates can be achieved by connecting multiple Trim Tools in series.

The ENERCAT™ Plunger Lift Tool

Enercat™ Tools converts the energy from downhole temperature and pressure to specific vibrational frequencies, minimizing or preventing paraffin, asphaltene, heavy oil, and scale and breaking emulsion. The Enercat™ Plunger Lift Tool is set in the seating nipple by slick line. The bumper spring assembly will need to be set just above the tool on a three-slip stop or a collar stop. The Plunger Lift Tool Assembly is made up of a fish neck, Enercat™ Trim Tool(s) and a seating assembly sized for the correct seating nipple.
